Hello my name is Gina. I have been on a diet program on and off for the past 15 years. After having four children and now a little bit older I have found it to be EXTREMELY difficult to lose weight. So about a year ago I had decided I was going to have cosmetic surgery to fix all my problems that were too hard for me to do on my own.
Edward is a terrific trainer. We have been working together for 7 months. I have lost several pounds and inches due to the diversified sessions we have been working on. The sessions consist of working with weights, resistance bands , bosu ball for balance and stability and several other types of equipment to work on my abs , arms and legs.
Edward is more than just your trainer; he will be your lifelong friend! He is genuinely concerned about not only your fitness, but your overall attitude toward life. He's the kind of person that goes above and beyond to help someone out. I had just lost my job and was in a very bad state, mentally. Ed fixed me right up! He held me accountable for my goals, pushed me each week that I trained with him and gave me workouts when I wasn't.
My name is Marvin Krantz, and I am writing this recommendation for Edward as an outstanding Fitness Trainer. I am 87 years old with heart stints, pacemaker, and a hurting hip joint. So, it was understandable that I looked for a trainer that would help me not hurt me.
I would recommend Edward as a trainer to everyone. Edward regularly switches up the routine so it doesn't get boring. Edward knows how to work out my weak areas to strengthen them. I have a major knee injury and Edward knew how to not only work around my injury but he also knew how to strengthen it and alleviate a lot of the pain I had.
