I would recommend Edward as a trainer to everyone. Edward regularly switches up the routine so it doesn't get boring. Edward knows how to work out my weak areas to strengthen them. I have a major knee injury and Edward knew how to not only work around my injury but he also knew how to strengthen it and alleviate a lot of the pain I had.
He takes time to help me adjust my cardio and diet so that I can meet my weight loss goals and build the lean muscle that I need . Most of all, he has a great sense of humor, he is dedicated and always energizes the work out. Edward is the best trainer I have ever had.
