Edward's Fitness Boot Camp

What is Edward's Boot Camp?

Boot Camp workouts are efficient because you work your entire body including your heart, lung capacity and muscles, by going from one exercise to another with no rest. The workouts involve calisthenics like push-ups, jumping jacks, crunches, squats dumb bells, resistance bands and other body weight exercises. The difference lies in the intensity. In boot camp, your challenge is to take your body to its limit. You work, you sweat and, best of all, you will burn the maximum amount of calories.

Boot Camp is for all fitness levels

Before signing up, consider these boot camp facts:

Boot camp is held outdoors and you do not need to be able to run very far or fast when you start, you just need to have the ability to move without severe pain.

You do not need to be fit to join boot camp. You do not need to "get in shape" to come to boot camp, that is what boot camp is all about. But if you have not been moving at all in the past year and decide to join boot camp, give yourself two weeks to start walking and moving for at least 10 minutes a day before you begin.

Boot camp is NOT just for weight loss. It is a great way to increase your endurance, lose body fat, gain lean muscle tissue and increase your lung capacity .It is great for athletes and other fitness enthusiasts to cross train.

We challenge both out of shape and athletic participants in the same group?

Well that is the secret, isn't it? We are able to break up our larger groups into smaller fitness level groups to provide appropriate workouts for each level of participant. We also have carefully designed larger group workouts and modifications to each exercise so that no matter where you are, we can challenge you. Ready to sign up? Follow this link and complete the online registration today! We do limit our group size, so don't wait.
