Hi. My name is Sean Mitchell. I am in better shape than I have been in over 20 years! I owe my renewed motivation and success to my trainer Edward. He motivates me on a daily basis. I work up to 10 hours a day and have over a 2-hour commute. Even with that hectic schedule he is still able to fit me in a time slot. He closely monitors my form as to avoid injury.
In the past I would quickly get bored with the exercises and eventually stop working out. Edward has a way of coming up with unique exercises to keep you focused and on track. He is serious about the work out but drops in enough humor to keep it fun. Edward has helped me to set up and use a food journal to monitor my protein/carbohydrate intake and so much more. Not only have I seen a positive change in my physical appearance but, I have seen an increase in confidence. I highly recommend Edward to any individual who is ready to get fit, healthy and strong!
