Edward is a terrific trainer. We have been working together for 7 months. I have lost several pounds and inches due to the diversified sessions we have been working on. The sessions consist of working with weights, resistance bands , bosu ball for balance and stability and several other types of equipment to work on my abs , arms and legs.
My strength and balance, which I had a lot of problems with had improved beyond my belief. I have been extremely satisfied with my workouts with Edward. He has brought me a long way. He is also a very nice easygoing person I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a good trainer.
