First, let me just say that I don't like to be screamed at. I like to be encouraged, motivated and feel good about myself and my progress but I don't like to be screamed at. I knew the first time I met Ed that I was not going to get one of those in your face boot camp style drill instructors shouting instructions at me like a prisoner on the yard.
I also knew that I was going to be strong, that at some point along the way, I was going to lift, bench press and squat weights that I had not had any interaction with in the past and I was going to love every minute of it. I wanted to be pushed out of my comfort zone and Ed pushed me. When I wanted to stop because I didn't think I could do anymore, Ed told me I could and when I wanted to see how far I had come during all the training, Ed showed me. If you train with Ed, he will take your strength to places it has never been before and if you are one of the lucky few, you won't walk away with just a toned body, but you will walk away with a great friend.
