Edward is one of the best trainers I've had in a while. He always asks how I've been when the training session starts. You can tell he really cares about his clients. I like the way he trains me because we do a lot of different exercises while working out and it's not the same monotonous workout week after week.
When exercises start to get easy, he challenges me with new and harder ones. I've lost 22 pounds so far and I know I will lose a lot more working out with Edward as my trainer. You can tell he has the knowledge of fitness and weight loss.
